By using our website, you agree to this policy and to our Terms & Conditions. We do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Consultation requests. Your first and last name, phone number, email address, city, project type, any promo code and the project details you write. We also save the privacy choices you make on the form and the date and time you made them.
- Calls, texts, emails and bookings. What you tell us when you contact us or book an onsite consultation, such as your contact details, property address and preferred times.
- Customer projects. If you hire us, the details needed to design, permit, build, warranty and bill for your court, such as your property address, site details, photos of the work area, your agreement and payment records.
- Referrals. If you refer a friend, your details and the contact details you share for your friend. Please share a friend’s details only with their permission.
Please don’t include sensitive information, such as health information or government ID numbers, in the project details. We don’t ask for it and don’t need it.
Information collected automatically
- How you arrived. The first and latest page you landed on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link (such as UTM tags or a Google ad click ID). This is saved in your own browser and is sent with your consultation request, so we know which ad or link brought you. Separately, the anonymous landing-page counter below uses only limited campaign categories, not your full URL or ad click ID.
- Device basics. Your browser and device type (for example, “mobile Safari”) and time zone. We do not store raw IP addresses in our records or create browser fingerprints. Where we need to limit abuse, we use a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address instead.
- Analytics and advertising measurement, only with the applicable permission. Pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, site speed and similar activity, as described in Cookies, Analytics & Your Choices.
- Anonymous landing-page totals. On /free-3d-rendering and /homecourtadvantage, we count visible page loads and group limited campaign categories into daily totals, independently of optional cookie choices. This counter does not set cookies, create visitor identifiers, fingerprint your browser, save IP addresses, or collect form answers. It does not send cookies, full URLs, referrers or ad click IDs to the counter, or share these counts with Meta. Reloads count again; these totals do not identify or count distinct people.
- Meta Pixel measurement, only with a separate affirmative choice. On the /free-3d-rendering landing page, if you choose its optional advertising-measurement box and your browser is not sending Global Privacy Control, Meta may receive device and network information (which can include IP address), the page URL and referrer, Pixel and cookie identifiers, and an event ID. We do not send Meta your name, email address, mobile or other phone number, text-message opt-in, project details, or other form answers through the Pixel.
- Technical logs. Like every website, our hosting provider processes technical information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
Information from others
We may receive information from friends or customers who refer you, from lenders if you apply for financing (for example, whether an application was approved), and from Google about how our ads perform.
How We Use Information
- Respond to your request, schedule your consultation and prepare estimates and 3D renderings.
- Design, permit, build, warranty and service your court, and handle billing and financing coordination.
- Keep in touch about your project by phone, email and, if you agree, text message.
- Apply promo codes and run our Customer Referral Program.
- Understand which ads, links and pages work, and improve our website and services.
- Protect our website, customers and business from spam, fraud and misuse.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting and insurance requirements, and enforce our agreements.
We do not use your information to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Text Messages
We offer Service Texts and Marketing Texts through two separate optional check boxes, both unchecked by default.
Service Texts
We use your mobile number for Service Texts about your request, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders and project updates only if you check the separate optional Service Texts box. Service Text consent never signs you up for Marketing Texts.
Marketing Texts
We use your mobile number for Marketing Texts about offers and seasonal announcements only if you check the separate optional Marketing Texts box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. See the text message terms in our Terms & Conditions.
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers). We never send a mobile phone number or text-message opt-in to Meta Pixel.
Third-Party Content & Links
Our website includes content and links from other companies, including our online scheduling calendar (provided by HighLevel), embedded YouTube videos (shown in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode), lender application pages, Curate Construction and our social media pages. When you use them, those companies may collect information under their own privacy policies, such as Google’s Privacy Policy. We aren’t responsible for their practices, so please review their policies.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
- Consultation requests and customer records: while we work with you and afterward as needed for warranty service, tax, accounting, insurance and legal requirements.
- Curate Insights session replays: deleted after 90 days.
- Curate Insights activity records: deleted after 730 days (about two years).
- Heatmap and Curate Construction banner records: deleted after 180 and 180 days.
- Basic page-view records: kept while useful for understanding website traffic. They are tied to a random ID, not your name, unless you submit a request during that visit.
- Anonymous landing-page totals: stored in daily aggregate buckets rather than individual visit records. Our retention target is 365 UTC calendar days. Cleanup runs when new counts are collected; inactivity or a cleanup delay may retain older buckets until the next successful cleanup.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS, access to customer records is limited to people who need it, and we hash IP addresses instead of storing them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your Privacy Rights
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states may have similar rights. We honor the following requests from all of our U.S. customers and website visitors. You may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information, and access it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information you provided or that we obtained about you.
- Get a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily usable format.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal information or use profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The limited Meta Pixel measurement described above may be targeted-advertising sharing if you opt in; opt out by leaving its advertising-measurement box unchecked or clearing it on /free-3d-rendering, or submit an opt-out request.
How to make a request
Email info@365customcourts.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” call (469) 908-4689, or write to us at the address below. Tell us what you’d like us to do and how to reach you. We will verify your request by confirming details we already have, such as your email address or phone number. An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request for you; for other requests we may ask for proof that you authorized them. A parent or legal guardian may make requests for a child.
We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that by another 45 days and will tell you why. Requests are free up to twice a year. We will not discriminate against you, or charge you a different price, for exercising your rights. Some information may need to be kept for legal reasons, such as warranty and tax records; if so, we will explain.
Appeals
If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing info@365customcourts.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal” within a reasonable time after our response. We will answer in writing within 60 days and explain our decision. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection. Learn more about your Texas privacy rights on the Texas Attorney General’s privacy page.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for it, so our website does not respond to it separately. Instead, our analytics run only after you choose to allow them, and you can turn them off at any time on this page. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Curate Insights does not keep a visitor ID or record replays, and Meta Pixel is suppressed. Google ad personalization is turned off for Google’s tags on this site at all times.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our website and services change. We will post the updated policy here with a new “Last updated” date. If we make a material change to how we use or share personal information, we will give notice on this website before the change takes effect.
