A. WARRANTY COVERAGE
365 Custom Courts warrants the excavation, concrete work, and coating that it performs for its
customers (“Customer”) will be done in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance
with generally recognized standards for similar services and provides a 2 Year Workmanship
Warranty on all concrete and coating work it performs for its Customers.
B. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
To obtain performance of any obligation under this warranty, the Customer must send an email
to 365 Custom Courts at info@365customcourts.com with a detailed description of the issue
within a reasonable time after discovery and must allow 365 Custom Courts reasonable access to
the property to inspect and remedy any covered issues that may be determined by 365 Custom
Courts.
C. EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our warranties do not cover any work 365 Custom Courts performs on existing concrete slabs
because 365 Custom Courts cannot confirm an existing concrete slab was constructed in
accordance with generally recognized standards, or damages caused in whole or in part by:
● the Customer’s failure to follow manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines
● accidents, vandalism, acts of nature like fire, flood, or extreme weather
● abuse, neglect, or improper use of the surface
● normal wear and tear, effects of the sun magnified by glass or reflective surfaces, cracks
that may develop in the concrete, as such cracking may occur due to various factors
beyond 365 Custom Court’s control
● issues arising from work done before or after our installation, such as those caused by
improper drainage, dirt compaction, landscaping, etc.
● repairs attempted by anyone other than 365 Custom Courts or an authorized agent of 365 Custom Courts.
365 Custom Court’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the products covered under this warranty.
